Blood Assurance Headquarters

You must be a high school senior planning to enter and accredited two or four-year college or university the following fall. It must be a public, or private, not-for-profit institution from which you can receive an associate or bachelor’s degree.
You must have a 3.0 GPA and score at least a 20 on the ACT or 950 on the SAT (cumulative).
NO applicant will be awarded more than one Crystal Green Memorial Scholarship and the scholarship is non-renewable.
Students must attend a “Project Lifesaver” high school in one of the states served by Blood Assurance, which include Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, and North Carolina. These are schools that actively have blood drives with Blood Assurance.
