Foundation for the Tri-State Community

This scholarship is for college-bound seniors from Paul G. Blazer High School in Ashland, Kentucky. Applicants must be interested in a career in medicine or one that provides care to children or adults special needs. Scholarships will be awarded based on care and concern shown for individuals with medical or special needs, economic need compared to educational costs, and history of community service.
