Awarded to graduating high school seniors or GED recipients enrolling at a Ventura County community college or career/technical education institution in Ventura County. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need. Preference given in selection process to applicants who demonstrate diligence (setting/reaching goals, overcoming barriers). ). Prior recipients may re-apply for consideration in successive years.
