Applicant must be a graduating senior from either Patrick Henry High School or William Fleming High School who demonstrates that community service is a priority in his or her life and write about that experience with clarity, insight, and humility. Applicant must also demonstrate the capacity to be successful in higher education studies as evidenced by prior academic performance.
