Chester H. Bruce Memorial Scholarship

Parkersburg Area Community Foundation

This scholarship is for graduates and graduating seniors of Wirt County High School in Elizabeth, West Virginia. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be pursuing vocational or trade studies or Christian ministry or service and be enrolled as full-time students in an undergraduate two- or four-year program or vocational program or graduate school. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and strong work ethic.
