This fund was established by Mr. & Mrs. Ray Diekemper in memory of Cheryl Scott Thompson.
Applicants must be graduating Seniors of Estacado High School (Lubbock) with a 3.0 GPA in academic subjects for their junior and senior years. Preference given to students of black heritage.
