The scholarship is available to residents of Mannington District of Marion County, West Virginia, and nearby areas, for educational purposes with emphasis on, but not limited to, technical or vocational training. Eligible individuals must have successfully completed a high school diploma, obtained an equivalent General Educational Diploma or be honorably discharged from any branch of the United States Military Service with at least one full year of active duty. This is a non-renewable scholarship, you must reapply during the next scholarship cycle if you wish to be considered for funding again.
