The Charles E. Crow Memorial Scholarship provides a scholarship to a graduate of Big Pasture High School in Randlett, Oklahoma pursuing a college degree, community college degree, or trade school certification. Scholarship monies may be used for tuition, fees and books and will be paid directly to the awardee’s school. Ideal candidates are those who demonstrate average achievement, hard work, self-sufficiency, and financial need.
