Charlene Hart Memorial Scholarship

Beckley Area Foundation

This scholarship is for graduates of Liberty High School in Glen Daniel, West Virginia. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be qualified to attend college. This scholarship is both need- and merit-based. Scholarship can be renewed, must re-apply annually and maintain a "B" average with a full academic load.
