This scholarship is for graduating seniors from Groom High School in Groom, Panhandle High School in Panhandle, Pampa High School, and White Deer High School in White Deer, Texas. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 3.0 GPA and recipients must maintain a 2.5 GPA in college.
