This scholarship is for college-bound high school seniors in Muskingum, Guernsey, or Morgan County, Ohio. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be nominated by a guidance counselor, minister, principal, or physician. Applicants will be evaluated on their character and ability to succeed in spite of extraordinary challenges.
