This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors from Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden or Hampshire Counties who are in the custody of the Department of Children and Families (DCF), formerly the Department of Social Services (DSS); preference to former or current residents of Hillcrest Educational Centers.
