This scholarship is for graduates of Hagerstown High School in Hagerstown, Indiana. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a minimum 2.0 GPA and be in the top 15 percent of their graduating class. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and plan to attend an accredited two- or four-year college or university. Members of the Advisory Committee and their immediate family members are not eligible for this scholarship.
