This scholarship is for graduating seniors at South Spencer High School in Rockport, Indiana, who are pursuing postsecondary education at an accredited institution. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have attended Luce Elementary School in Richland, Indiana. Applicants must submit an essay and a statement of written?verification?by?a?school?official?confirming?that?applicant?attended?Luce?Elementary?School?for?at?least?two?years.
