This scholarship is for students with disabilities pursuing higher education and residing in Los Angeles County, California. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or better and provide proof of enrollment or acceptance in a community college, vocational (trade) school, or four-year college.
