Bay City Civitan/Marcella Barber Scholarship

This scholarship is current college students who live in Bay County, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be full-time students at a public or private college or university in Michigan, and have a 3.0 GPA. Preference will be given to applicants who are entering their junior or senior year and majoring in a field related to developmental disabilities.
