For the Bar President’s Scholarship, applicants must be residents of the Waterbury Judicial District (Middlebury, Naugatuck, Prospect, Southbury, Watertown, Wolcott, Woodbury or Waterbury) and be in or entering their final year of study at an accredited law school.
