Applicant must be attending Houston Community College and meet the following requirements: Must profess to be a practicing Muslim, or be from a country with a predominantly Muslim population and profess to have lost one or both parents. Min. GPA Requirement: 2.5 or greater Enrollment Requirement: 12 credit hours per semester at Houston Community College.
