This scholarship is for graduating seniors from Pampa High School in Pampa, Texas. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must exhibit community service and outstanding leadership; and a determination to succeed, as evidenced by qualities such as dedication, a positive approach, and a willingness to go beyond what is expected in academic endeavors.
