Applicant must be a graduating senior of Indian River High School, Sussex County, Delaware, pursuing a four-year degree program in any field of study at the University of Delaware. Applicant must have excelled in academic performance and participated in extracurricular activities, and/or volunteer or work activities (participation in sports is not a consideration).
