This scholarship is for high school seniors and current college students who live in Saginaw County, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 2.5 GPA and be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree full-time. Selection will be based on financial need; scholastic record; involvement in community, school, and work activities; an essay; recommendations; awards and honors; and leadership. Preference may be given to previous recipients.
