Allen L. Keeney Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is for graduating seniors at Rock Springs High School in Rock Springs, Wyoming. To qualify, applicants must plan to study art at an institution of higher learning as full-time students. To apply, applicants must submit five or more pieces of art work to the art teacher at Rock Springs High School. First preference goes to those that wish to further their education in the study of art, but all areas of study are considered.
