This scholarship is for graduate students who are residents of Pulaski County, Arkansas, with preference given to lifelong residents. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have completed an undergraduate degree, have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA, show financial need, have demonstrated personal efforts to finance educational expenses, plan to study in Arkansas, and be US citizens.
