Be a resident of St. Lucie or Okeechobee County, Florida (minimum of one year) or a resident of a foreign country
An active member of a Protestant church
Be accepted for full time enrollment to attend:
An accredited junior or community college in the State of Florida, or an accredited four-year college or university in the State of Florida or Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina.
Unmarried, unless a graduate student (working toward a Master´s or Doctorate)
Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher
Have a Declaration of Domicile completed and notarized by the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
