This scholarship is for residents of Portage County, Wisconsin. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must pursue a post secondary degree in the field of special education. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate academic success by having a minimum 2.0 GPA. Financial need may also be considered.
