This scholarship is for high school seniors and current college students from Saginaw County, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have graduated from high school in Saginaw County with a 3.0 GPA and be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in education from a Michigan college/university. Scholarship recipients must attend school full-time.
