I rate University of Wisconsin-Madison as exceptional and in the top colleges of the United States and possibly in the World. If it is prestige and education at reasonable price this is the college to attend.

The best tip I can give is start early researching the college and explore what interest you by meeting with the Professors in those area. Also use the resources on campus that are to aid your success while there, there are many ways to get help in all areas from educational, to personal and health.
Do you find there’s enough academic rigor at your school?
I am rating the academic rigor as 4 stars only because you can take easier classes but they will still be challenging. However if you want to challenge yourself and take advantage of what is available it can be a 5 star but it is up to the individual student.
Describe the dorm life at your college.
am rating 5 stars based on what I here from fellow students and the fact that the college is building brand new state of the art dorms. Otherwise I am a returning adult student and live off campus.
Describe the food and dining at your college.
There is a wide variety of foods available and the best Ice cream that is made right on campus.
What’s there to do for fun at your college?
There is a full array of activities at the campus, bike trails and the campus is right on Lake Mendota. Additionally the campus is located with in the city and close to all kinds of entertainment.

I can not express how impressed I am with the college and my experience there and the amount of help available to help you succeed in your education.

This university is rich in tradition, examples would be the food tray sledding day down the hills on campus, an all out college snowball fight and sitting or standing with the statue of Abraham Lincoln while wearing your graduation gowns. I could write a book about all the different traditions on campus.

It doesn't matter what your area of study is this college can provide the education you seek at a very high quality of education.

Pretty much what ever your heart desires and more are being added each year.

How would you describe campus safety? Do you feel safe on campus?
The campus is patrolled by it's own police department and the Capital police department, the city of Madison Police department and the county police Sheriff department. There is fire stations very close by that responds in minutes.
