I learned very fast that I needed to get into the mindset of being an extremely determined student. I learned that my study skills needed some work because the instructors do not just hand you a good grade. You have to earn it.

I love this university. It has a really big blend of ethnicities and I have met some really cool people. I wanted a change. I wanted to be around new people and a new environment. That is why I chose the University of Central Oklahoma over a smaller community college.

This college is rapidly growing. It is the third largest university in the state of Oklahoma. The tuition is not as expensive as OU or OSU. This campus loves to encourage its students to get involved in campus activities, and the staff make sure to let students feel welcomed.
