A very under looked technical college with a massive selection of technical occupations. The students are very friendly and hyped to start the school year. The teachers are awesome and look forward to teaching.
Do you have any tips for prospective students?
Don't knock any school until you visit. Always ask questions, questions about the town, jobs, local activities etc... Keep up to date on school news.
Do you find there’s enough academic rigor at your school?
The Automotive Technology program is my choice of study. The layout of the course over the semester is pretty straight forward. Sticking to a section at a time with different professional, knowledgeable teachers according to each section.
Describe the dorm life at your college.
I will be living off campus, but from what I saw of the Dorms, they are very clean, well maintained, affordable, and a very nice setup for the students to get to know each other.
Describe the food and dining at your college.
2 Different areas to eat, with very friendly people who work there. Great selections of food choices to eat.
What’s there to do for fun at your college?
It's a small town, and I have only sen half of it, but there are many clubs and activities around the college campus.
Do you feel you’re getting value for the money you’re spending on college?
Absolutely, about $5k a semester for a student that lives in Missouri is a great price for great class courses and everything else the college has to offer.
