Do you have any tips for prospective students?
You want to make sure you have plenty of clothes for warm and cold weather because, depending on the day, the classrooms can be either extremely hot or cold. You want to make sure that you do all of your homework ahead of times because more than one assignment will be due on the same day. Also, Make sure that you study for exams, but if you need help their are study groups, and teachers can help you as well.
Do you find there’s enough academic rigor at your school?
The classrooms can be a hard area depending on the courses you are taking, but teachers are willing to help outside of the classroom and you are always able to find someone in your class who will want to study with you. The tests you want to make sure you study for because they are not as easy as high school. Also, do your homework because that is easy points to earn.
Describe the dorm life at your college.
The dorms can be hot on some nights and cold on others. I would suggest bringing a fan and extra blankets. The students who live in the dorms are very nice and friendly. The RA's do a great job of putting events together for their hallways to bond; I would suggest going if you are able to.
Describe the food and dining at your college.
For the most part the food is good, but sometimes you want to have snacks in your dorm room in case you miss a meal. If you do not like the main meal being served there is always salad, bagels, cereal, soup, pizza, and french fries being offered as well. The drink selection is nice as well because there is a pepsi and coke machine, along with milk, water, and juice.
What’s there to do for fun at your college?
There are plenty of school activities to attend during the week and generally a free t-shirt or food is available. Many of the students go and have fun bonding with each other. You are almost always able to go see a sporting event. There is a game room if you enjoy ping pong, air hockey, or pool. You are able to go to the field house and work out or play basketball with friends.
Do you feel you’re getting value for the money you’re spending on college?
The school is a little on the expensive side, but they do a good job of helping students find scholarships to afford school.

Which types of students will excel at your college?
If you are one who wants to attend a smaller school this is just for you. Also if you are personable and enjoy spending time with people because you see the same people every day and tend to do things outside of the classroom with each other. Most of the students are athletes or in the acting side of school, so you will probably want to be involved with one of those because you will make plenty of friends right away.
Are you involved in any clubs or activities?
We have different clubs for each of the majors and they do activities pertaining to their majors to help out. There is a student senate and they put on the different activities for the students to participate in. There is always an event to attend during the week.

There is one fraternity for the boys and everyone involved is really close with each other and hangs out during the day and night. They are friendly people and nice to everyone on campus. There is one for the girls as well and it is not as broadcast-ed as the fraternity.
How would you describe campus safety? Do you feel safe on campus?
There is a public safety and they are always sitting at the front desk and able to see who walks in and out of the dorms and campus village. If you do not look familiar to them then they will ask to see id to make sure you are a student or a friend staying on campus for the night. They go around at night and make sure all the parking lots are safe and that nothing unusual is happening. All the side doors are locked at night and you are only able to get in through the front doors so no strangers can come in at night. They are really friendly with the students and know you by your name, or at least your face. They also have cameras around the building so they can see what is happening.
