Learn the campus, it's not very big so it shouldn't be overwhelming. Take advantage of talking with advisors, They helped me immensely, along with student groups. I am now a Phi Theta Cappa member, which allows me to graduate with honors!

They always have events posted around campus for weekly or monthly activities. This ranges from program specific events to all-campus movie nights, etc.

Trust me when I say I have experienced the bad side of community colleges, and this place has been nothing but helpful every step of the way. I also KNOW I have received better education and teaching standards.

The all inclusive, not just the elite. Very diverse with very accommodating schedules.
