Describe your college in three sentences.

Randolph College is for independent thinkers who are ready to learn. Randolph is a small family that focuses on academics and community. I know that I belong at Randolph College.

Do you have any tips for prospective students?

-be sure you want to be at a small school -try new things -don't be afraid to meet new people -do your homework and go to class

Do you find there’s enough academic rigor at your school?

Randolph is an academic school that prides itself on its intelligent and open minded students who aren't afraid of intellectual challenges.

Describe the dorm life at your college.

I live on the 5th floor of a dorm with no elevator, which is a pain. But renovations are promised, and all of the dorms have spacious rooms.

Describe the food and dining at your college.

There is one dining hall, one coffee/pastry shop and The Skellar, which offers food when the Dining Hall isn't open.

What’s there to do for fun at your college?

-hang out with your friends -go to MAC events -go to the movies -go to the mall -attend the dances (there is at least one each month)

Do you feel you’re getting value for the money you’re spending on college?

Randolph College is expensive, without a doubt. But here your professors will know your name, the President will be your friend and people will care about your experience.

I'm a member of the Macon Activities Council and the First Year Board (student government at the freshman level).

How would you describe campus safety? Do you feel safe on campus?

I know the security guards. There are poles throughout campus with buttons that can be pressed if you are in an emergency, and a security guard will come to your aid.
