Describe your college in three sentences.

Philander is a tight knit school all built on the foundation of family. Students faculty relationships are a must, especially for the major you plan on taking up. A wonderful small HBCU that focuses Building someone up and sending them towards the next major step in their lives.

Do you have any tips for prospective students?

Go to class! It is a must to pass classes.

Do you find there’s enough academic rigor at your school?

According to your instructor, but you will have automatic help to how small Philander is and the amount of tutors on campus.

Describe the dorm life at your college.

Dorms are nice and spacious. Can get the privacy wanted and needed for studying, sleeping, etc. Though wifi has its days, it works well.

Describe the food and dining at your college.

The cafe as off and on days. Cooks are great but food tends to be not great tasting and ran out of quickly. Luckily, theirs a bistro as well, if not wanting the cafes moody food.

What’s there to do for fun at your college?

Their are some parties held on campus, but all of the parties are off. Hang around people and see what their is to do. Their are on campus activities that's fun as well so be on the look out for that.

The scholarships are really worth it. Be on the look it for Philander because they help a lot of students with the proper criteria really nice scholarships.

Are you involved in any clubs or activities?

As a member of Stomp Modeling and the Philander Drum Line, I speak for saying they are wonderful and sponsors have high amounts of professionalism. The clubs get the job done and book shows/performances and have a lot of fun in the process.

Are you involved in any clubs or activities?

Greek life is amazing to watch. Not a Greek (yet) but what they do around campus and little rock itself is wonderful philanthropy.

How would you describe campus safety? Do you feel safe on campus?

Chief Phillips and crew are on the job. Few mishaps, but all caught and handled really well.
