Oklahoma State in Oklahoma City is a very prestigious college and well suited for the high school graduate and adult student. The buildings on campus are very well maintained and the engineering building is ran completely from solar and wind power. OSU-OKC strives to be a leader in the education field and i believe they are among the best.

My tip would be for new students to follow their hearts. OSU-OKC offers many different fields of study to match just about every career plan. Also, new students should definitely take advantage of the tutors and mentor programs they are there to help you suceed and advice you on what classes to take to meet your degree.
Do you find there’s enough academic rigor at your school?
OSU-OKC wants you to succeed and recieve a degree. With that being said, the workload is challenging and the professors push you to strive for that extra effort to get an A. whether its writing 5-10 page essays or building a circuit in Engineering, you are sure to find adversity, but with proper amounts of study there is no end to the possiblities.
Describe the food and dining at your college.
OSU-OKC Student Center has a wonderful cafeteria with exquisite meal options. best place to grab a snack or a meal and hang out or work on homework. very quiet so no distractions while working on homework.
What’s there to do for fun at your college?
OSU-OKC has plenty to offer when it comes to fun activities. For instance, the OSU-OKC campus has a five hole golf course that many students take advantage of and the best part rental equipment is FREE! Also, occasionally they have movie night on the lawn in front of the Student Center, and not old nobody cares movies but some of the most recent exciting movies. For example, the last two movies have been Captain America Winter Soldier and Guardians of the Galaxy. OSU-OKC also has training courses for those who want to learn how to ride a motorcycle, which in my opinion is absolutely amazing. they teach you the basics, what to avoid, and how to be on the watch for other drivers.

With so many extra events or classes that are available, OSU-OKC is definitely worth every penny. Not only is there so much that students can take advantage of, they also host events that entire families are welcome to like the aforementioned movie night, the golf course, and student discounted OSU sporting tickets.
