LIU Post is an exquisite school equipped with a full recreational center, gourmet food, and a club for everybody. Like all schools the work is diifficult but there are upperclass tutors and teachers available to assist in any problems you may have. I cannot wait to begin in September.
Do you have any tips for prospective students?
Wifi is EVERYWHERE but the dorms so you must bring an ethernet cable for your laptops...even though incoming students get free iPads. If you are a party person be sure to stay with friends, the campus is not in itself dangerous but the slightest vulnerability can harm just about anyone. Enjoy everything LIU Post has to offer internships, clubs, and the academic attributes as well.
Describe the dorm life at your college.
You can dorm with 2-8 people
TRADITIONAL- 2-4
SUITES-6-8
some rooms have bunkbeds and others don't, but if you prefer bunkbeds poles are available.
If you have a friend that you want to dorm with you, both must indicate that on your housing applications to verify mutual consent.
Describe the food and dining at your college.
Freshman are mandated to select the Pioneer Living Plan1 ---it is an unlimited all you want to eat buffet BUT your dining dollars DO run out so spend carefully. Do NOT allow your eyes to be bigger than your stomach

Several clubs host parties and fairs
I am looking forward to rush week(first week) because they have a giant Carnival all throughout the campus and a club fair as well
