Geneva College is a quiet, Christian, liberal-arts school in Beaver Falls. Students, faculty, and staff on campus are friendly. The local community provides many opportunities for students to serve.

Do you have any tips for prospective students?

Do not expect Geneva to be a party-school. Geneva students enjoy having fun, but the college is conservative overall.

Do you find there’s enough academic rigor at your school?

Geneva is not the pinnacle of academic rigor, but all of the professors are knowledgeable and friendly with students.

Describe the dorm life at your college.

RA's are very helpful and students on different floors get along well.

Describe the food and dining at your college.

The food at Alex's and the Brig is not the best, but Alex's is receiving a complete remodel over the Summer of 2014.

What’s there to do for fun at your college?

Attend plays put on the campus theater groups. Attend senior recitals. Attend basketball, football, soccer, baseball, softball games, etc.

Do you feel you’re getting value for the money you’re spending on college?

Geneva College is a private, Christian liberal-arts school, so it does cost more than many other colleges. But the faculty, staff, and students make the investment worthwhile.

The Rock is a large rock near the student center (the Senior class gift of 2010) painted to advertise for events on campus.

Different clubs exist and hold events for members and non-members alike.

Greek life does not exist at Geneva.

How would you describe campus safety? Do you feel safe on campus?

As in any place, you must be cautious when walking off campus after dark, but campus security is very friendly and present to help.
