Modeling is a self discovery way of learning and it is what ASU uses, so by taking your basic sciences here you get a feel for how you will be learning at ASU.

I recommend all students keeping a journal for all classes, it may seem like extra work but rewriting your notes every night in your journal allows you to retain more of the information from class than just studying.
