The campus is located near a local town allowing students to have access to shops and food stores. The on-campus cafeteria may not always live up to each student's standards, but with a new deli down the block, it does not become much of a problem. The weather is not the greatest, but since it is a commuter school, most student's are used to the weather before attending classes. There are many clubs and activities on campus and off, allowing the student to engross his or herself into the college community.

For myself, I received many scholarships that covered over half of my tuition. If you are someone that receives scholarship and aid, you will find this college inexpensive to the usual. The education is sufficient and will benefit every student, making the price reasonable for the product.

The majority of the professors are nice and the medium sized campus is just right for the student population. When traveling in the winter, it is best to allow extra time since the parking lot is far from the main entrance of the school. The intersection right outside the school is also dangerous for drivers and pedestrians. Approach your financial aid officers when necessary and make sure to look into scholarships at Dowling.
