I have learned a lot from being at Culver. Not only have I learned many life experiences, but I am also learning a lot on my decided major. I have learned many things both inside and outside the classroom walls.
Do you enjoy the experience at your school?
I love being here! I find Culver to be safe and a home away from home, which to me, is an important feature in a college. I feel like I am learning so much and experiencing so many opportunities that are necessary for a good college experience. The rest of the students and faculty are easy to get along with and are all pleasant people that make up for a friendly environment.
Do you feel you’re getting value for the money you’re spending on college?
I feel like I have gotten my money's worth while spending my time at Culver-Stockton. The quality of the education and experiences the school offers should be able to speak for themselves. The classes are small enough that the students are able to establish a personal relationship with their professors. This allows a chance for students to be able to understand the class's material better and helps set up an easy learning environment. So, I feel that anyone who goes to Culver can get their money's worth.
Do you have any tips for prospective students?
An important thing to remember while at Culver is that there is always something for everyone. There are dozens of different types of majors and minors to choose from and there are many different clubs and organizations that a student can get involved with. There is always something to do, you just have to get out there and do it.
Which types of students will excel at your college?
