The professors at Concordia are very willing to make time to individually get to know their students. This makes it comforting to be able to utilize their office hours, meeting them outside of class to ask additional questions and recieve the needed help. The tutoring program at Concordia was also very helpful for me because you are getting the help that you need, on your schedule, with a current student. Knowing that this person was once in your spot makes it more comforting to ask questions to someone your own age, reviewing anything that you may need additional understanding on. The class sizes here make it easy to ask questions and interact not only with the professor themselves but the students as well.
Do you feel you’re getting value for the money you’re spending on college?
Concordia's educational programs are very worth the money that you pay. Because it is a private university it is a bit more costly but it is VERY worth it. The small class sizes and the atmosphere of the school is very welcoming. Also, because of this, in contrast to a public school, you are not just a number to your professors here, they know you by name and build relationships with you as their students.

Utilize all of your resources! They are made available to students for a reason, use them! Do not be embarassed to ask for help or to ask questions, for all you know someone else may have the same question as you do.
