If you're looking for a place to be challenged, this is certainly the place for you. As a predominantly only science college, professors will have you often think critically and connect things to form a bigger picture.
Do you find there’s enough academic rigor at your school?
For a small school, Colby-Sawyer College doesn't receive enough credit for being a hard school. There is a 50% transfer/incomplete rate here, which could entail this school appearing easier than it actually is.
Describe the dorm life at your college.
You'll get to know people here very well. Entire dorms will get to know each other on a personal level in a matter of a month or two, and you'll have friends for a lifetime. The dorms themselves are relatively nice band loud at times. Quiet, suite-style dorms are also available to accommodate who like to work in peace.
Describe the food and dining at your college.
Some students here may complain about our service here Sodexo. Often students will say they eat the same things everyday here and there is no variety. Don't buy into that. Sodexo offers a wide variety of meals everyday, you just have to move out of your comfort zone and try new things from time to time! There are also vegan stands, and certain foods that are available for students who have certain allergies.

There are clubs and events every week for people to enjoy. From artists such as Kris Allen from american idol performing here, to comedians from VH1 and on TV everywhere making us laugh on weekends, you'll always find yourself with something to do. For snowboarders and skiiers, there are free season passes to mount Sunapee to take advantage of.
