You have a chance to build good friendships at this institution, and the campus is more of a community than anything else. Everybody knows everyone, and campus like is always buzzing, with something always going on such as cook outs,contests, and just a flat out good time.

Claflin is a private institution, so it is more money, but I feel that the money is worth it when you look at all the knowledge and experience that you will have by the time you graduate, Claflin is definitely a smart investment. I would advise students to come to Claflin with an open mind, and a willingness to learn and broaden themselves.
