Keep up on readings and studys! Anything below a 78% is a failing grade. Goldfarb offers many resources at the school to help. Nursing school is going to be tough, utilize the help!
Do you find there’s enough academic rigor at your school?
I was told that the Goldfarb accelerated program is extremely tough. There is a lot of information that is taught in a short amount of time. Anything below a 78% is a failing grade, two failing grades and one will be kicked out of the program.
Describe the dorm life at your college.
I will not be staying in a dorm.
Describe the food and dining at your college.
I will not be staying around campus.
What’s there to do for fun at your college?
I love playing and watching sports. Volleyball is my passion even though I am 5'4. I also play softball in the summer.
Do you feel you’re getting value for the money you’re spending on college?
I am orginally from Columbus, Ohio were my family still lives. About five years ago I moved to St. Louis for an internship at Boys and Girls Town of Missouri. I have a Bachelors degree in Family Studies from Ohio University. At the time I wanted to become a counselor. Instead, I am a nanny/babysitter for a family with three beautiful girls for over four years.
My passion is helping others! I have always felt this way as long as I can remember. Becoming an emergency room nurse at a children's hospital would be my dream job.
