Baker College is exceptional in all areas. They have an environment that promotes positive learning, and their staff is all eager and willing to help you in whatever ways they can. For me, it is the BEST!

Be prepared for an awesome learning experience
Do you find there’s enough academic rigor at your school?
Its definitely a hands on experience, you begin classes in your major within your first quarter without a lot of pre-req
Describe the dorm life at your college.
Haven't had the experience of dorm life, but my daughter thoroughly enjoyed it.
Describe the food and dining at your college.
The food inside the cafeteria when I attended undergrad was good, my daughter attended the Muskegon campus, and they have a fine dining facility for the students majoring in Culinary and the food was excellent
What’s there to do for fun at your college?
Never lived on campus, but they do offer a lot of extra-curriculum clubs and activities that seem to be interesting
Do you feel you’re getting value for the money you’re spending on college?
For all they offer, it is very affordable compared to other colleges and they don't waste a lot of your time or money on classes you don't need
Which types of students will excel at your college?
Student who don't want to waste a lot of time taking extra classes before entering their purposed major
How would you describe campus safety? Do you feel safe on campus?
I felt secure when I attended and again my daughter lived on campus and she never complained about any issues. Security was very visible when I attended and even provided rides if your car was parked a distance away
