For any students who are seriously considering Asbury, Welcome Week can be overwhelming, but it is so important to include yourself in a friend group because the people you meet in the first week end up becoming your best friends.
Do you find there’s enough academic rigor at your school?
All of the professors that I have taken classes with have been extremely knowledgeable in their field and simply enjoyable as a person to have casual conversations with, even if the topic is unrelated to class.
Describe the dorm life at your college.
The hall I live on is one that everyone genuinely respects your privacy, but is also inclusive in celebratory hall events and is extremely generous to each resident of the hall. My RA is absolutely amazing and it is obvious she loves her job.
Describe the food and dining at your college.
The Asbury Cafeteria has many options at each meal, and they have a self-cook station that is really popular among the students.
What’s there to do for fun at your college?
There is always something happening on campus. Whether it's a lacrosse game, soccer game, movie night, or simply an evening to the hang out in the student center, my friends and I always find entertainment.
Do you feel you’re getting value for the money you’re spending on college?
Asbury is worth every penny. It is an extremely positive environment and it is without a doubt the best decision I have ever made.

TAG (transition and guidance) week for incoming freshman is a week that everyone talks about for their whole college career. It is a week of introduction and simply just a fun time for students adapting to a new stage of life. Also, a common Asbury favorite is TV Drop during Finals week. It is a night of stress relief and a satisfying feeling of watching old box TV's fall from a 3 story building.

It is a great place for students who enjoy quality friendships. It is a place where extroverts can thrive and introverts are appreciated.

Various clubs are available at Asbury for people with many different talents and interests. There are clubs in the equine department, science, math, dance, and even self-defense.

I have never felt in danger on Asbury's campus. The parking lots and sidewalks are well lit and the campus security is extremely helpful and friendly.
