Greater Saint Louis Community Foundation

This scholarship is for graduating seniors at the following Illinois high schools: Columbia High School in Columbia, Gibault Catholic High School in Gibault, Valmeyer High School in Valmeyer, and Waterloo High School in Waterloo, Illinois. Finalists will be recommended by their high school. Selection for this scholarship will be based on good moral character, academic promise, leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, loyalty to Monroe County, and demonstrated financial need.
