This scholarship is for ARRL members who have active general class or extra class active amateur radio licenses. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be residents of Pennsylvania, and have an "A" equivalent GPA, including graded courses in math, science, and languages, and excluding grades in sports or physical education.
