To qualify for this scholarship applicant must be a senior and a candidate for graduation from a high school located in Marion County, Ohio. Applicants must have attended high school in Marion County for all four years and have demonstrated community service, volunteerism, and philanthropy. Members or relatives of Youth Engaged in Philanthropy are not eligible.
