This scholarship is for graduating seniors from public or private high schools in Dell Rapids, South Dakota, who plan to attend an accredited college, vocational, or technical school. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate originality and interest in seeking personal challenges. Applicants may also be evaluated according to special circumstances, motivation to pursue goals, and the inspiration for those goals.
