The W.T. Bland Junior Charitable Fund is a scholarships for students the second, third and fourth years of undergraduate study. Emphasis is also given to vocational training and community college education. A recipient may reapply, through undergraduate studies, as long as their attendance and Grade Point Average (GPA) are appropriate to their degree goals.
